Sibling Gin

Get a taste of the Spirit of Christmas with this exclusive Sibling Gin talk, tasting and quiz!

In 2017, gin became the number one spirit in the UK.  The success has been driven by artisan distilleries including Cheltenham’s own award-winning Sibling Gin.

Sibling founder Cicely Elliott-Berry will be giving an exclusive talk to Friends of The Wilson about the history of gin, how it became a favourite drink of royalty – Queen Victoria had a drink daily as a nightcap – how gin has featured in art and the story of how Sibling has developed their acclaimed gin.  There will also be recommendations for gin cocktails for Christmas.

Established in 2014 by the four children of micro-brewery Battledown owners, Sibling Gin has won numerous awards and is now stocked in stores world-wide, including Fortnum and Mason and Harvey Nichols.

The triple-distilling process and the ingredients used to make Sibling Gin are of the highest quality.  The talk will be accompanied by a tasting of the fantastic flavours, followed by a fun quiz with prizes and the opportunity to socialise with other Friends.  You will also be able to buy Sibling Gin at a special Friends of The Wilson price; perfect for seasonal festivities or gifts

We really hope you will be able to join us for this Spirit of Christmas celebration.
