A visit has been planned to see this quirky museum, which contains the world’s foremost collections of self-playing musical instruments, including minute clockwork music boxes, player pianos and orchestrions, as well as a fully restored ‘Mighty Wurlitzer’ organ. Our tour includes demonstrations of some of the rarer instruments and is followed by a concert of Wurlitzer organ music from the 1920s, 30s and 40s.
Cost per person: £34.00 to include entrance fee, ploughman’s lunch and tea.
The coach leaves The Wilson at 9.30 a.m. and will return by about 7.30 p.m.
