If you cannot attend an event please let the booking team know as soon as possible so your name can be taken off the list.
No refund can be given for a cancellation unless we can re-sell your place to someone on our waiting list. If we are oversubscribed and manage to sell your place on, a refund will be made after the event less an administration fee of £3.00.
